Step Beam Description:

The “L-shaped” edge or “step” is what makes Step Beams unique. The ledge faces into the rack bay and comes with slots for attaching pallet supports, flow racking, or shelf decking such as wire decking. Our roll-formed step beams are designed to be clipped onto standard teardrop uprights and are secured in place with locking safety pins.

Measuring Your Step Beams:

It’s important to order the correct beam length for your rack. Follow these steps to make sure you get it right: measure from the inside of one upright to the inside of the opposite upright and exclude the connectors.

The most popular options for beam lengths range from 48” to 108′, but contact us if you need extended sizing.
