Case Picking from Floor-Mounted Pallet FlowFloor-mounted pallet flow is a great option for high-volume, fast-turn case picking. Each gravity-fed lane stores multiple pallets of a unique SKU, providing dense reserve storage behind the pick line. Once all cases are picked from the front pallet slot, the reserve pallets automatically flow forward, consolidating replenishment and saving downtime.
